Advice for sending photographs by post
Please take care when sending your photograhs through the post use secure packaging, sandwich your photograph between stiff card or use a board-backed envelope to prevent damage in transit. Mark the envelope "Please do not bend".
We suggest sending your photograph(s) by Recorded Delivery for piece of mind and tracking, or Special Delivery for better security and insurance.
Please note Pennycottage cannot be held responsible for photographs lost or damaged in the post.
e-mailing photographs
If your photograph is already in a digital format or you have access to a scanner then you can send your photographs via e-mail. When scanning images the scanner should be set to a resolution of at least 300dpi, more for smaller photographs or those which are to be enlarged. The image should be saved as a JPEG at a high quality setting.
Please remember to include your name and address in all correspondence.
